Terms and Conditions (including Cancellation Policy and Risk Disclaimer)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website https://griderbotrading.com, operated by Ralf Dietze, Revaler Straße 15, 10245 Berlin, Germany.
Note: Currently, the trading bot is in the development and testing phase. It is being used solely in a private context and free of charge (e.g., for personal use and among a small group of friends). Active, fee-based trading is not yet available.
2. Subject Matter
GriderBoTrading will (in the future) provide a trading bot that supports automated trading signals and, later on, automatic trade execution. Currently, the website is used solely for informational and internal testing purposes.
Use of the bot is always at the user’s own risk.
3. Registration and Use
For accessing certain functions (e.g., newsletter sign-up, Telegram bot), you are required to provide personal data. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal for Consumers)
Should fee-based services be offered in the future, consumers will have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Cancellation Notice:
If you, as a consumer, enter into a contract for fee-based services from GriderBoTrading, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract conclusion or, in the case of digital content, from the day the content is made available.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement (e.g., via email to info@griderbotrading.com) to: Ralf Dietze, Revaler Straße 15, 10245 Berlin, Germany.
A sample cancellation form is available upon request.
5. Risk Disclaimer
Important Notice:
Trading with financial instruments is speculative and involves high risks, including the potential loss of all invested capital.
GriderBoTrading does not provide investment advice.
Use of the (future) trading bot is entirely at your own risk.
No guarantees of profit are provided.
Please ensure that you fully understand the risks before making any real investments.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of the operator.
